Account Manager

Overview:
We’re looking for an individual with exceptional communication, analytics and project management skills to manage day-to-day business relationships with Adaptive Audience advertisers.

The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of campaign and tactical requirements and become the trusted point person for all agency partners associated with assigned and active campaigns. The Account Manager is also responsible for ensuring that day-to-day relationship communications and campaign details are executed with precision.

In addition to campaign execution, the Account Manager is responsible for ongoing campaign performance monitoring, reporting compilation, ongoing client communications and growing relationships and revenue from existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in similar position in online advertising/marketing; Account Management experience for an enterprise technology platform business a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital media/ad tech space, including key technologies/platforms and industry players (DSPs, DMPs, ad servers, publishers, etc.) a plus
  • Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to guide clients toward identifying & solving their underlying business questions

Overview:

Digital Analyst

Overview:
Adaptive Audience is searching for a Digital Analyst to join our reporting team. Our reporting team is responsible for delivering solutions that support our rapidly growing full-service client base by automating business processes, streamlining workflows, reducing errors and performing data analysis from various disparate sources.

The successful candidate plays a critical role in supporting campaign reporting setup, troubleshooting data issues, internal tool development, and custom reporting and data analysis. The Digital Analyst must possess a strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, excellent communication skills and be able to work both individually and within cross-functional teams. This position offers the right individual an opportunity to learn the building blocks of online advertising, reporting systems and software development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, quantitative studies preferred (e.g., computer science, math, economics, statistics, or equivalent experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to generate clear, concise and comprehensive analyses
  • Strong verbal communication skills, extremely well-organized
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (including pivot table creation, working with external data sources, and performing complex functions)
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript preferred; experience in any other scripting or development language a plus

Senior Product Specialist

Overview:
If you have exceptional communication and technical skills, we’re interested. The Senior Product Specialist handles pre-sales for our accounts and possesses product marketing know-how to influence customer conversations and promote our company vision.

This critical role serves as a technical expert/advisor in all phases of the ad sales life cycle process. The Senior Product Specialist works directly with our sales and account teams to showcase the value proposition of our products/services and with client teams to implement our proprietary solutions. Beyond having remarkable technical proficiency, you should also be a confident presenter who can prepare and present technical materials to both business and technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant equivalent work experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with online advertising technology and systems or equivalent experience
  • Intimate understanding of ad serving technology (DART, Atlas, Right Media) and cookie-based attribution in order to architect non-standard campaigns
  • Three years of experience with technical pre-sales or an equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong consultative sales skills, personable, charismatic, solutions oriented, creative thinker
  • Technical background, with experience in ad serving, yield management, databases, web-friendly UI strongly preferred
  • Passionate about marketing; comfortable with number crunching
